- This registration is open to all person(s) having an interest or the intention to purchase any of the properties in the up and coming launches in D'Alpinia.
- The intended purchaser is invited to register himself/herself with Hap Seng Land Sdn. Bhd. by submitting the completed registration form herewith in order to enjoy the privilege as a registrant.
- The registrant(s) will enjoy the following benefits;
- He/She will be invited for a special sales preview (or pre-launch) prior to the opening (or official launch) to the general public.
- He/She shall be able to enjoy special sales promotional benefits (if any) such as early bird pricing, free gifts, special payment terms or any other special promotional offers at the developer's own discretion.
- This registration is bound by the following terms and conditions;
- All Properties in the said project are offered for sale strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
- This registration do not constitute any form of sales transaction or means to guarantee the registrant(s) of purchasing a property or properties of their choice. Hap Seng Land Sdn. Bhd. or its Sales staffs shall not be held liable or responsible if in the event that the registrants or any other parties fail to purchase the property of their choice in the project during the pre-launch period.
